We have a computer that we got form someone that is running Windows 98 in French. I want to install Windows 98 in English. I put in a Windows 98 CD, and after checking the computer, I get a message that I need to Windows 98 "Upgrade" CD. What is this? I don't want to upgrade, merely to change the language of the OS
